Our Mantras

We vow to replace the metaphorical, stiff white coat of the medical system with a warm, soft blanket of love for our survivors.

Vision

Make cancer preventable when able, supportable when necessary, and curable always

Mission

Citizens Reunited to Overcome Cancer (CROC) is a grass roots cancer survivorship organization established in 1999 whose sole purpose is to support survivors and their families who strive to “turn tragedy into triumph” with love, compassion, empathy and warmth in a nonjudgmental, safe and non-discriminatory environment

Values

Never ask anything from a survivor, never refuse anything for a survivor

Goals

By concentrating on helping one survivor at a time, we hope to create a friendship; we hope to create a community; we hope to create a nation of survivors who are empowered with information and wisdom to win their battle.

Culture

CROC is a universally loving cancer support platform. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, creed, sexual orientation or in any other way not stated. We do not support any specific social, political, national, or global agenda which in any way would potentially marginalize even one survivor.

We do not accept fees or dues or advertising except by way of unsolicited donations.

Testimonials

The Human Side
