After a brief but deserved celebration of CROC POD episode 100, Angel and Dr E jump back into our quest to help our Survivor-Thrivers become the people they want to be.
We have so far uncovered methods to directly observe the current version of ourself.

Today we explore an indirect method to deepen our insight by looking at ourselves through the reflection of others; identifying the misalignment of our expectation, and realize we are almost home!

Part 4 Taking Your Own Psychological Vital Signs Part 2 Episode 99

When you go to a doctor’s visit, the first thing that happens (that is after you get past the waiting room) is a nurse or medical assistant takes your vital signs. That would include weight, temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate, pulse oximeter, EKG and probably some routine blood work.
These seemingly simple and innocuous numbers and data can sometimes be the first clues to an impending catastrophe.
So as Angel and Dr. E continue their series on searching for your inner you; today they teach how to take your own psychological vital signs to help identify trends and patterns ingrained in your personality that may signal a red flag and starting point for change.
