The minute you open your eyes from sleep, you begin a day full of sights and sounds.
The wind can tell you if a storm is coming, the lapping of waves can tell you the phase of tide, and the sizzle from a fry pan can tell you when dinner is served.
But as the caretakers of our beloved Survivor/Thrivers the sounds and words of our patients, of their families, and of our front line practitioners are all too often discounted or ignored all together.
